Common questions

• Where are my dreams stored? Only on your iPhone. There's no account and no server, so nobody else can see them.
• How do I move my dreams to a new phone? They come along in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup. You can also export them any time in Settings → Export, and import that file on the new phone.
• Can I record a dream without unlocking? Add Dreemy to Control Center or the Lock Screen (Settings in the app shows how). iPhone sometimes asks for your passcode first.
• How do I restore Plus? In the app: Settings → Dreemy Plus → Restore. It's tied to your Apple Account.
• How do I get a refund? Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
